Money money money is a BIG topic that I personally pay a lot of attention for. Knowledge about the value of stuff is elementary for historically correct roleplay and, I think, it is simply thrilling to know about such details. Good ta know - A coupla injun werds (Apache)

Everyone who's ever been to a foreign country with different language knows: the natives are (usually) always happy to be adressed in their own language. Greeting a French with "Bonjour" and a Mexican with "Buenos Dias" will most probably be rewarded with a smile and cooperativeness.
